FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: When is the right time to book live entertainment for our event?
A: Preferably as early as possible to reserve your favourite live band (or other entertainment) before they are booked by other clients.
Q: How to book our favourite live band from your company?
A: Send us your interest to check our availability on your event date & venue. If yes, we will require you to bank in deposit (50% of total fee) for the booking.
Q: How long is the duration of live band performance?
A: The standard duration is 2 sets of 45 minutes. We also may further discuss on any other arrangement such as 3 sets of 30 minutes or shorter/longer duration.
Q: How many songs will you perform within the duration?
A: Approximately 20 to 26 songs for standard 2 sets of 45 minutes. We can include 1 or 2 wedding march in songs, free of charge, upon your request.
Q: Can we choose songs for your live band performance?
A: Definitely yes. You may choose your favourite songs from our repertoire or any other songs, we will try our best to accommodate your request. Or you may let us arrange everything for you.
Q: How many piece live band is recommended for our event?
A: That depends on your preferred music genre and budget. We can provide live band from 2-piece band up to big band consists of 10 - 20 musicians. The more music instruments and vocalists you have, the more pleasant music will be to entertain your distinguished guests. You may refer to our video gallery for selection.
Q: Do we need to provide meals for the band, emcee and technical crews?
A: Yes, we require meals to be provided for us before event starts, by 6pm for dinner or 12 noon for luncheon. Then we will have energy to give 100% on stage for your event.
Q: Can your live band play music/songs and wear certain attires that are matching with our event theme?
A: Yes, our live band is versatile in any music genre. We also can be in attires or costumes that suit to your event theme upon request.
Q: How do we know whether the hotel/restaurant do provide sound system that is suitable for live band performance?
A: From our experiences, most hotels do not provide sound system for live band, but only for speeches. Only few restaurants do provide suitable sound system for live band, such as HGH Sentul, HXC KL, and Centro Grand Ballroom Klang. We will advise accordingly. We always recommend to our clients to get the high quality sound system from us with minimal charges packaged with live band.
Q: Any live entertainment can you provide other than live band?
A: We have various live entertainment available for your event such as magician, dancers, party dj, comedian, etc. You name it, we will arrange for you. Nevertheless, live band is the most recommended live entertainment you can have for any occasion, for its long duration that covers almost the entire event with the minimal cost. Live band also provides the best ambience to the event.
Q: Do we need to provide transportation and accommodation?
A: No, unless for outstation events outside Klang Valley. We will advise you on the required cost in advance. No other hidden charge after that.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: After deposit (50% of total fee) is made upon confirmation, the balance of payment can be made anytime before or on the event day before the event starts via bank transfer. The deposit is non-refundable for whatsoever reason of cancellation of services including lock-down. However in the event of lock-down, postponement is allowed or transferable to other event. Cancellation of services in 14 days before the event will charge full amount of the fee.
